Yesterday was Jusco Bandar Utama’s double voucher day. What is different about this “double” voucher day is that instead of getting RM10 cash voucher for RM100 spending, you’d get RM20! With a good deal like that, how can I miss it :). Yes even with that ugly hand and fingers 😛
I came home not only with Clarins White Plus HP in tow, I also came home with a bag of Estée Lauder ANR (Advanced Night Repair). The two bags I had was full but I didn’t really purchase much. It’s all mainly free gifts. I’m a sucker for GWP too *cough*
First up. Clarins haul. Separating the loot to 2 separate pictures. Can’t fit everything in a picture (purchase is bulky).
I purchased a set of White Plus HP Day & Night Set for RM380, White Plus HP Whitening Powder Foundation casing for RM42 and White Plus HP Whitening Powder Foundation #03 Natural for RM126.
White Plus HP Day & Night Set consists of:
1) White Plus HP Whitening Velvet Emulsion SPF20 PA+++ 75ml (worth RM210)
2) White Plus HP Whitening Repairing Night Cream 50ml (worth RM240)

After reading good review from AtelierBeauty(dot)com, I enquire, reserved and purchased the new White Plus HP Whitening Powder Foundation casing together with White Plus HP Whitening Powder Foundation #03 Natural. Both are sold separately.
The GWP are not very attractive this time though. I have no idea what’s the Tier 1 and 2 gift at all. None the less I was given these as Tier 1 gift. I wasn’t given any Tier 2 gift.
I was also given 2 extras. Should have asked for more as my total haul is RM548. Should have got Tier 2 gift set. But I’m happy with what was given so I didn’t say anything. I wasn’t in the mood.
The most attractive GWP set this time around is from Estée Lauder. They’re offering 9-pc gift set with purchase of RM550! I actually went around the floor checking out each promotion and every brand has their fair share of good promotion.
My haul from Estée Lauder is RM595. I purchased a bottle of Limited Edition Advanced Night Repair 75ml for RM395 and Advanced Night Repair Eye for RM200.
Estée Lauder is offering a Limited Edition Advanced Night Repair in 75ml for RM395 rather than the usual 50ml. That’s RM100 saving. And this offer is only for 36 bottles. But the funny part is the stock has not arrived yet. It’ll arrive in a week time and I need to go back the counter to collect my paid bottle. I’m a little skeptical at first paying near to RM400 and go home without the actual product but I figure Estée Lauder wouldn’t cheat us and it’s really worth it so I purchased it.
I was also looking forward to try their eye product. I was recommened to try Advanced Night Repair Eye. According to the BA, only use a rice size. I like that this eye cream comes with a spatula. And the spatula is in a funny shape lol.
I was given 9-pc gift and gotten a 10th piece as requested. It was a random ask but I was given the BB cream which I’m currently loving.

Hi StreetLove, I think you landed a very decent GWP at Jusco for your Estee Lauder haul 🙂 I wish I got to know earlier about the Jusco Bandar Utama double voucher promotion.
I bought my Estee Lauder skincare almost the same time as you from Parkson and managed to buy the special edition Idealist Pore Minimizing Skin Refinisher for RM370 (75ml). In fact I would love to the special edition of ANR as well. Oh well, there’ll be another opportunity I guess.

Yes I’m very happy with my EL haul :). I was actually surprised with their GWP that day. I’m happy that finally someone realized double voucher day is important to get more sales and came out with such an attractive GWP. The combination of the GWP is superb too. A mix of skin care and make ups. Brilliant.
I’ve posted regarding the Double Voucher Day a week before. Not sure if any of my readers read it LOL. I’ve even informed some shoppers in FB.
How’s Idealist Pore Minimizing Skin Refinisher working for you? I’m still thinking if I should get it end of this month as Mother’s Day gift set is coming out soon *hint*. If you still want ANR 75ml, drop by Metrojaya Mid Valley. I saw them selling that for the same price & bundle with trial size CyberWhite skin care.
So far I still haven’t seen significant result using ANR. I was told that this takes time to see result. So I’m not very surprise. I wanted to do a review but there’s nothing to write so I’ll just wait. Currently still using the 7ml trial size. Haven’t start using the big brown bottle 🙂

I’m a newbie to your blog, it’s a masterpiece by the way 😉 I like the Idealist Pore Minimizing Skin Refinisher as it helps to control oil secretion on my face. I have very oily and sensitive skin. I have not started to use the ANR and I am already thinking of stocking up, crazy right? 🙂
So far I’ve been using the ANR from sample sachets and I agree with you, I don’t see any changes. But like what they advertised, “use it if you want to look younger by your next birthday” lol. Takes time I suppose.
Yes, I agree with you that department stores should leverage on double voucher and GWP promotion to boost sales. Now I am curious about the Clarins Truly Matte best buy set that you’ve raved 🙂

My BA told me she only see result after 6 months. I guess she’s trying to inform me beforehand.
I have to agree with you on stocking up cause I felt the same too. I haven’t even use most of the products but I have the urge to stock up.
Clarins Pore Minimizing Serum provides immediate result actually. But I notice once I stop using the serum, my pores become huge again after some time. Sigh. I’m on the last 15ml bottle already and I’m thinking to buy EL to try. I’ve spotted someone selling these 75ml and 100ml for a cheaper price (RM200).

Hehe, thanks for the ANR tips. I am looking at trying sunblock as I have not used any before >.< Am considering the Kiehl's UV Light or Clarins UV Plus HP. Both have good reviews, pricing wise it's almost the same. The Clarins comes with tinted, so perhaps it’s a plus point to cover some scars and blemish on my acne prone skin. I’ll hop over to the Clarins KLCC counter to obtain a sample, hopefully they have. Lol, I realized you’re a big Clarins fan. Glad you’ve found a product that work wonders for you 🙂

Yes Kiehl and Clarins are around the same price and ml. I’m currently using Clarins UV Plus HP in Tinted. At the moment Clarins is doing sampling program for their UV Plus HP in Beige. Yes the sample sachet comes in beige and tinted :). My first bottle is the 50ml one. I’m liking the tinted version as it gives me glow so I don’t think so I’d be getting the beige 50ml :(.
