If you use powder, lightly swipe some powder on the lid too before you draw. After finished, use your finger and swipe on some powder all over eye lid and under eye. This should prevent smudging. And you should stay away from liquid eyeliner 🙂

Thanks Fiona! I’ve trouble using eye liner because I just cannot draw close to my eyelids and the lines usually end up very fat…Epic fail. Also because I have oily eyelids, I tend to get panda eyes and that is not good sometimes when I have to attend meetings. Eye shadow is ok for now 🙂
