*NEW* Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for Eyes, Now in Malaysia! Check Out The Swatches.

That’s right. Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for Eyes finally reached our shore. I received an sms from Clinique last week saying there is an out-post event at Mid Valley so I decided to check it out.

There are 12 shades in total but we only get 8 shades here in Malaysia. It wasn’t odd as I notice the brands here always filter the shades and only bring in the one that they think is sellable. Coincidently I have a RM50 Metrojaya rebate voucher and the out-post event is by Metrojaya so I decided to get one. But getting just one is so tough as all the colors are pretty and wearable. Which shade did I bought? I am very much into blue, purple and green shadow but didn’t have a lot of blue in my collection so I got myself 10 Big Blue.

Kamsiah asked for my help to swatch all shades for her and so I did :). Because the out-post event was empty, I was entertained by 4 BAs. I get very intimidated with 4 people looking at me while doing swatch so I didn’t have the chance to write down all the shade’s name. Please bear with 2 missing shades name. I will update the picture with a new one when I go over Clinique to swatch again.

Not sure if I would want to pick up a few more. I like the colors and long lasting of it. It is really convenient for someone who want a simple do or someone who is in a rush.

What about you? Are you planning to pick up one or a few? It is retailing for RM60 each.

  • Thanks for the CLEAR swatch. I tried google for swatches. By far yours [locally] is the most pigmented and crispy sharp. I’m eyeing on Lavish Lilac and Massive Midnight. What would you get if you were to get a few more?

    • Haha Gin will do a review 😀
The turquoise on the top right is Two Ton Teal if I’m not mistaken. The funny thing is I was told the shades available in Malaysia are Bountiful Beige, Fuller Fudge, Mighty Moss, Pink & Plenty, Lavish Lilac, Big Blue, Massive Midnight and Two Ton Teal. The problem is there’s no Two Ton Teal from google. Apparently that is shade No.13. Clinique US only have 12 shades lol

  • I did not like the formula of Clinique Lid Smoothie (the cream shadow in a tube) and I wonder how their stick version will fare. Did it crease on you? I am usually quite a fan of eye crayons so these Eye Chubby Sticks have definitely piqued my interest 🙂

    • This is more drying but still smooth on application. You will need to layer a few times to get that intensity. I put this on primer (UDPP) and it’s patchy. Looks a bit weird too. Angela @ The Unprofessional Beauty Blog told me to try using without the primer which I will try that soon :). I think it should be much more better.

  • Its like very convenience. But is it nice and easy to use? waiting your review soon =)

    • Very convenient indeed. It’s smooth but the more you layer the darker blue it turns.

  • Love Bountiful Beige, Lavish Lilac and Big Blue 🙂 Thanks for the swatches. I have not learnt to buy eye shadow separately, still used to a big palette. I got the Maybelline Color Tattoo Bad to the Bronze. It was so so 🙂 Saw your lovely hauls and looking forward to the reviews if you plan to.

    • Bountiful Beige, Lavish Lilac and Big Blue are colors that are easy to use even if you are doing the 1-tone look. I still prefer palette though. More economical 😀
I’m new to eyeshadow cream especially those in a pot. Got to figure out how to use. Brush or fingers lol
