Key Ingredients

There are three key ingredients in Clarins UV Plus Anti- Pollution with SPF 50/PA ++++

  • Alphine Sanicle Extract – Rich in the antioxidant rosmarinic acid, the extract helps fight the damaging effects of free radicals. It protects the skin by reinforcing its natural defenses against the harmful effects of pollution and UV rays, to recreate the ideal ecosystem and thus preserve the skin’s health and beauty.
  • Cantaloupe Melon Extract – A powerful cellular-level antioxidant, the very high concentration of SOD (SuperOxide Dismutase) in this extract protects cells from oxidizing stress caused by UV radiation and pollution.
  • Blackcurrant Extract – It limits the overproduction of inflammatory molecules generated by UV rays and pollution, it has the soothing ability to help reduce, a little more day by day, feelings of skin discomfort along with redness.

Remember, UV rays and pollution are the main causes of premature ageing and hyperpigmentation. That is because these two factors will cause overproduction of free radicals in the dermis and epidermis which accelerated skin ageing, damages skin texture and alter skin color. So remember, apply sunblock before stepping out of the house even if you’re just out for five minutes.
