Now not lol. Gained some weight 🙁 . Trust me, after you went through GM Diet, your appetite are cut down so much that you no longer crave for rice, sugar, sambal or meat!

From the look of the diet, it’s really scary. I didn’t think I’d survive either. I bite my lips and carry on with it otherwise I need to repeat and I wouldn’t want to repeat the hard process haha. I hate vege too. Especially vege without dressing 🙁 . I want my roasted sesame seed sauce so badly that time hehe. It does work. But only if you don’t cheat, don’t give up and follow the menu as exact.

I would not survive the 7day itself for sure! Bravo. I hate vege. No thanks hehe. Thank you for the review. At least I know if the diet works or doesn’t work. I have been hearing about this for quite some time.
