That’s true. I didn’t even know the whole depression until I had it. Then suddenly everyone around me had the same – either milk or full blown like you said.
You are right on the relapse. I keep having it. Mine stopped since March and it was back on my birthday week.

And that’s why we all love you for that – you as a whole and all your honesty.
It’s a good cause, many people suffer from depression, be it mild ones or full blown ones.
and it does relapse time and again (based on my experience) and whenever we feel that we have conquered it, it hits back at us H.A.R.D.
And many people too, especially youngsters, can’t cope, hence the increased suicide statistics lately 🙁
It is so sad…

I try to be as honest here as I can. There’s no double of me. What you see here is what you get in real and vice versa. And if I’m raising awareness on depression I have to be very honest about it. There’s no other way with it. Campaigning about what I strongly feel helped me in a way. I’m not only helping everyone that needed but I’m also helping me.

It’s not easy to think or even write about it.
And here you are, you’re even campaigning about it.
That already, you have defeated depression.
