My First and Second Impression on Jonlivia Hotpants S+ Full Length for My Workout Routine

I started the whole fitness journey with just running alone. Running is the most simplest workout to start with for a newbie, although I must admit I still hate running and it is not as easy as it seems. When I run, I wear lesser because I can get hot very fast and I sweat a lot (Read: healthy 😛 ). However because I do have shin splints issue since the beginning, I started to wear long pants which has compression in it to help to lessen muscle soreness and to help with recovery.
