Make Up - Nail Polish Review: Make Up Sephora

Sephora Instant Nail Polish Remover for Glitter: Not really magic but it wasn’t bad either

Two months ago, I randomly stroll at the nail polish section at Sephora KLCC and stumbled upon this beautiful glitter nail polish by Nails Inc. I was contemplating if I should get it because glitter nail polish can be so gorgeous on the nails but it is an absolute pain to remove. I bite the bullet and got it, happily applied it on my nails and a week later, I needed to remove it as it was chipped all over. I cried. I regretted. I couldn’t understand why I bought the nail polish. I wished I didn’t bought it. I wished I didn’t applied it. Yeap. I went all emotional while doing the difficult task of removing.

Then, I went back to Sephora because I knew Sephora has a remover just for glitter nail polish. Well, the demo video looks promising. I’ve only used it a few days ago and I’m going to tell you if you should run like I do to Sephora for this Instant Nail Polish Remover for Glitter.

Sephora Instant Nail Polish Remover for Glitter
What I like about Sephora Instant Nail Polish Remover for Glitter is that each bottle is sticker-ed with the brand label all around, from top to bottom. This assures me that no curious shopper dipping their fingers into the bottle, mistaking the retail bottle as tester bottle. Yes, that too happened all the time so check your item before check out. You can peel the sticker off but I like to keep the label off so I used a knife and trace-cutting all around the cap edge in order to open the cap.

Sephora opened its 14th store in Mid Valley Megamall

Sephora has finally arrived at Mid Valley Megamall. Yes they have a small store at Robinsons but it’s a small one. Can you imagine how excited I was when I found out that they are in Mid Valley. As you know, Mid Valley is like a home to me and I’m always there so it’s more convenient for me.

Sephora Mid Valley Opening 1
The official opening of the store was on Wednesday 22nd April 2015. I was invited over to their official grand opening in the evening. Boy it was loads of fun with all the ladies (and gents) that are into anything beauty all under one roof.

Make Up - Remover philosophy Review: Make Up Review: Skin Care Sephora Skin Care - Cleanser

Philosophy Purity Made Simple 3-in-1 Cleanser For Face and Eyes: Fastest and simplest way to remove makeup, cleanse and tone

philosophy: purity is natural. we come into this world with all the right instincts. we are innocent and, therefore, perceive things as they should be, rather than how they are. our conscience is clear, our hands clean and the world at large is truly beautiful. it is at this time we feel most blessed. to begin feeling young again, we must begin with the most basic step of all, the daily ritual of cleansing.

Philosophy products are made to enhance the skin as well as well-being and that is translated into uplifting messages on each bottles and jars. Philosophy said that each of their product has a story and each story speaks to the heart of the brand.

One of my best kept secret is the simplest and shortest time I take to remove all my makeup, cleanse and tone. Obviously the secret is out now that I’m telling you that the secret is this Purity Made Simple 3-in-1 Cleanser For Face and Eyes.

Peter Thomas Roth Review: Skin Care Sephora Skin Care - Masks

Peter Thomas Roth Skinstant Mask Magic Sephora Exclusive: A beginner set for curious cats

I love the holiday collection at Sephora. This year I went all out. You know, to make up for last year? 😀 This is also the year where most people throw me the same question – “Sephora again?”. Yes I did Sephora again.

Among all the limited and exclusive holiday collection, Peter Thomas Roth Skinstant Mask Magic Sephora Exclusive is the one and only skin care set that I really wanted to bag home. I didn’t because it was retailing at RM208. The thought of buying three little 50ml pot of gel mask at 200 bucks is not justifiable for me. I always take a peek at the price during Sephora holiday collection markdown everytime I’m at Sephora but the price remains at RM208. That was until a month later where I casually stroll pass this set, reverse and took a double glance at the price because it was reduced to RM145! Initially I wanted to get Marc Jacobs eyeshadow palette and I couldn’t decided which to buy so I went home with Peter Thomas Roth Skinstant Mask Magic Sephora Exclusive instead 🙂

Peter Thomas Roth gel masks has been in my wishlist ever since I read about them from Paris B. Everytime I read about a product review from Paris B, she makes me wanting to sneak out from work to buy it. All.the.time. Without fail lol.

Soap & Glory Original Pink™ Fragrance Favourites

The first ever Soap & Glory product that I had enjoyed using and repurchased is the one and only Flake Away. It is also the cheapest body care within the brand (RM39) until I went to Sephora to repurchase a third tub. The price shoot up to RM55! I didn’t repurchase any since then and I’ve been missing Flake Away scent so so much. I can’t remember how or where I found out that Flake Away contain Soap & Glory signature Original Pink™ fragrance. So what else? I went amok with everything that has the exact scent!

Soap & Glory Original Pink
When I was at the Sephora Black Card event, I grabbed a bottle of Clean On Me™ Creamy Clarifying Shower Gel. I was looking high and low for The Righteous Butter™ Body Lotion and there was none. I went back the next day with my mum to search again and I only managed to find the mini tub of The Righteous Butter™ Body Butter (RM19). I used the mini tub so moderately, as if it’s the most precious thing in the world. Then luck was on my side. I managed to purchase another bottle of Soap & Glory Clean On Me™ Creamy Clarifying Shower Gel (RM48) and The Righteous Butter™ Body Lotion (RM65) during the first Black Card Private Sale 20% OFF back in October 2014. Everything seems more worth it with 20% OFF isn’t it? 😀
