As a chinese, there’re some things which I’m more traditional at. Although most of the time I’m more like a angmoh that ignore and break most of the rule. A good example is Chinese New Year. The most memorable thing is since I was small, mum said to me that we don’t sweep the floor and we don’t wash our hair on CNY. But she doesn’t teach me when to start and when it ends. Okay…mum wasn’t “very” into traditional customs as well. I’m more stubborn than her when it comes to custom.

Something I learned from my friend a few years ago. Is to wear everything new. Inside out, upside down. So this year is not exceptional. I bought all I need to wear inside out upside down on CNY. That includes inner wear i.e. bra sets.

I never wore full cup bra before. As I was shopping for *ehem* bra, I saw this pretty bra BUT it was a full cup bra. The cup was so huge and the strap was so wide! As I was choosing the style and size for fitting, I asked for that bra for fitting as well. It was so pretty and sexy but kinda tight. I told myself it’ll be loose at no time. So I bought all 2 colours. That was a big mistake. As we tried the bra for 1 minute and it was tight, we can’t feel the suffocating sensation and suffocating will kick-in in long wear. That’s what happen to me when I wore this at 4th day of CNY. I had headache, I couldn’t breath, my heart was beating fast and I had gastric. I quick changed to another set and I was feeling better half and hour later. Suddenly I remembered asking the SA about this Bra Extension Hook that was displayed at Triumph counter. The SA said this can be use for tight bra but not on loose ones. So I quickly drove to the same counter and bought it. Thank goodness I choose to buy Triumph bra sets and the size of this Bra Extension Hook fits perfectly. I’m not sure about other brands? Maybe all strap width is universal?
