Yves Rocher Low ShamPoo and Rinsing Vinegar: Oh Yes These Definitely Changed The Way I Wash My Hair

Yves Rocher Low Shampooo and Rinsing Vinegar
When I received a beautiful box from Yves Rocher quite some time ago, I opened it up and saw a note – This Will Change The Way You Wash Your Hair Forever. The first impression I had was “sure or not?”. Then it turned to “really?”. And, finally after I flipped through the products inside the box, I was “whoa this is interesting”. So yes, I went through three stages of impression at the same time 😀 . One excited blogger I am!

Pantene 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner: Bringing flat hair back to smooth, airy and bouncy state

If someone ask who skipped applying conditioner after shampoo in a room full of people, I would be the first to raise my hand. I am lazy when it comes to hair care #truefact. As lazy as I can get sometimes, I do like to pamper myself from head to toe when I feel like it. It can be a whole week of pampering or maybe alternate days. Otherwise it would be three times a week. So yes, I am slowly getting my hair care routine back on track as my hair is growing longer and longer 🙂

If you find yourself nodding to what I said earlier on being lazy or you have a busy lifestyle, 3 minute is all you need to revive your hair. With Pantene 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner, I no longer say no to extra hair care after seeing the result. Lo and behold!

Pantene 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner
I have straight, fine long hair. It should be silky smooth so when I feel that my hair is rough, that means I have damaged hair without realizing it. Hair feels rough when it lost its protective layer. This Pantene 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner comes with new formula and improved cationic polymer (BTMAC: Behenyl Trimethyl Ammonium Chloride). BTMAC is a dual-function molecule that neutralizes negatively charged damaged sites; one end attaches to the hair, while the other forms a protective shield. Pantene is known for its Pro-V Complex. When it works with ‘wet conditioning ingredients’ such as the cationic polymer BTMAC, it is able to attach itself to the hair surface in wet condition, forming a thin film that lubricates the surface. This action will refuce friction between individual hair fibres. As a result, hair is easier to rinse, and tangling between hair fibers are reduced.

Schwarzkopf Bonacure Fibre Force Range: I wished it doesn’t mess with my sensitive scalp but it did

One of the most asked question to me is what hair care range that I would recommend to strengthen weak hair or to prevent hair loss. Most of the time I am not able to answer that question as I did not have much experience with hair care products targeted for hair loss. Only one. I believe everyone do suffer from hair loss, whether it’s at a minimal or maximum state. It can be caused from bad diet, hormonal changes, post-pregnancy, weak scalp, lack of nutrient in the hair follicle and so on. I may not be bald but I do suffer from hair loss and hair breakage once in a while.

Schwarzkopf Bonacure Fibre Force Range strengthens and restores even the most eroded hair to its optimal level of force and resilience after an application time between four and ten weeks. I took this trio for a spin so let’s see if it really does works for me.

Schwarzkopf Bonacure Fibre Force Range
The Bonacure Fibre Force are formulated with micronized, hair-identical keratin to penetrate deep into the gaps in the Cell Membrane Complex to reconstruct damaged, eroded hair from the inside and re-cement it. Hair fibre is strengthened after a subsequent usage from four to ten weeks. This range is said to be suitable for all hair types and structures. Hmmm I don’t quite agree on that and I’ll tell you why.

Batiste Dry Shampoo #Blush: A quick and easy fix for greasy scalp

When everyone was buying and ordering Bioderma from oversea, I decided to sit around and wait for the brand to be brought in to Malaysia. I always believe somebody or some company would be following the hype. So when Batiste Dry Shampoo was a “hot” product, I did the same. I sit and wait. Guess what? A few months down the road and a company brought the brand in!

Batiste Dry Shampoo Blush
I’m so glad I waited because the cheapest I’ve seen from online store is around RM35 per can and I bought it straight from Aeon Big Alamanda Putrajaya for just RM24.90. Good things come to those who wait eh? There are a few supermarket that carry Batiste Dry Shampoo. You can get it from Village Grocer, Jaya Grocer, Presto Grocer (the few I know) and if all the location is out of your reach like my case, just go to Aeon Big. I went to a standalone Aeon Big but they don’t carry Batiste so I figure I might get it easier from an Aeon Big located in a mall. So I drove to Aeon Big Alamanda Putrajaya and found it.

A’kin Unscented Very Gentle Shampoo and Lavender & Anthyliss Leave-in Conditioner: Naturally pure hair care that genuinely work

If I can name one brand that genuinely care about which product that suit user’s need, that would be TNS Skin Lab. What’s so awesome about this leading specialist retailer of premium natural and organic beauty & personal care products in Malaysia is that instead of just sending me any hair care product to try, the wonderful people over at TNS Skin Lab sent me an email prior to check on my hair type and concern. Boy oh boy. My hair condition was so out of the world that I’m not sure if they can pull it through! You know what? They did. My hair loves it, my scalp says thank you and now here’s my review 😀

My tricky hair and scalp condition before using A’kin was…get ready for it…here we go…sensitive flaky scalp, redness, itchiness, dry but oily by noon the next day and seasonal dandruff. Phew! That was quite a mouthful. The product I was recommended for my “tricky” condition is A’kin Unscented Very Gentle Shampoo and Lavender & Anthyliss Leave-in Conditioner.

Pantene Pro-V Total Damage Care Shampoo & Conditioner: Reformulated with Keratin Damage Blocker Technology

Experts at Pantene Hair Research Institute (PHRI) discovered that excessive oxidative minerals build-up in the hair can cause damaging effects on hair health. These oxidative minerals would amplify free radicals production, which can cause fracture, erosion of proteins and weakening hair over time. The most common factors that contributed to dull and lifeless hair is none other that what all of us here in Malaysia are experiencing – heat and humidity. That’s not all. Minerals naturally present in water can also have a detrimental effect on the protein structure of hair aka protein.

I remember my hair stylist once told me that physically I looked like I have beautiful healthy hair but in real fact my hair is actually lifeless, empty on the inside. Let’s see if Pantene’s reformulated Pro-V shampoo and conditioner could help 🙂

Pantene Pro-V
Pantene’s Keratin Damage Blocker (KDB) Technology are now reformulated into Pantene Pro-V haircare range of shampoo such as Color & Perm Lasting Care, Daily Moisture Repair, Hair Fall Control and Total Damage Care. What KDB Technology do is to target, capture and help to neutralize excessive oxidative minerals present in the hair. Damage Blockers help to prevent the formation by reducing excessive levels of minerals instead of just waiting for free radicals to be produced before attacking them. Pantene is actually the first global brand that are designed to prevent hair protein erosion by minimizing mineral accumulation.
