My all time favourite cleansing oil to remove all my makeup is from SK-II. But that thing is SO EXPENSIVE that I can never repurchase again and again whenever I ran out. While trying to save every last bit of the cleansing oil, which I hold on for dear life, I have been alternating with every other sort of makeup removers. Creams, lotions, micellar water, makeup wipes…you name it. Then came Dr LeWinn’s Essentials 4 Fusion Cleansing Oil.
I have my fair share of splurging on expensive makeup remover but this SK-II Facial Treatment Cleansing Oil has got to be by far the most luxury and expensive makeup remover cleansing oil I’ve ever had on my face. Phew! That’s a long first sentence to start the review 😀
I’ve always wanted to try this SK-II Facial Treatment Cleansing Oil (or FTCO for short). I went through phases when it comes to beauty products, which I believe all of us do.
On the day I drove to Penang, I received an email from Dr. Jart+ informing me that there is a new product in the market and if I would like to try it out. But, I thought Dermaclear Micro Water was launched not long after my first encounter with the product back in August 2014? A few days after I came back to KL, I realized I had forgotten to reply the email and I’ve exceeded the product collection date lol.
philosophy: purity is natural. we come into this world with all the right instincts. we are innocent and, therefore, perceive things as they should be, rather than how they are. our conscience is clear, our hands clean and the world at large is truly beautiful. it is at this time we feel most blessed. to begin feeling young again, we must begin with the most basic step of all, the daily ritual of cleansing.
As a part of my journey into a more natural skin care products, I thought it only make sense if I were to use equally natural product to remove my makeup as well. I have the perfect product for quite a few months now. Recently I’ve been trying out this A’kin Rose & Geranium Pure Facial Creamy Cleanser & Toner, a best seller in the A’kin range to remove my face makeup as well as to cleanse and tone at the same time.
My rotating makeup organizer is looking rather empty on the top outer rim so I thought I could fill it up with something that can fit. Furthermore I had a sudden itch to open up some new products to try. I did a lot of swatches and makeup trial lately no thanks to my sudden itch to try something or a new technique and so breaking into the travel size bottle of Dr. Brandt Xtend Your Youth Dual Fusion Water would be a wise choice.
