Coach Madison Leather Small Wallet

Last Sunday I finally made up my mind to purchase a Coach Madison Leather Small Wallet in Walnut colour from this seller whom I haven’t bought from before. I’ve been eyeing on this for the longest time and the only thing that stand in between my decision was to either get the Parchment (means white) colour or the Walnut (means brown) colour. I always tell myself that if its sold, then its meant not to be mine :p. Of course I’d loveee to buy from this great seller; iwantbags but her price is much more higher compare to this seller. The ironic thing is, iwantbags seller have the colour which I wanted! Oh yea btw, I bought a Coach Madison Op Art Graphic Wristlet and a Coach Ali Signature Top Handle Pouch in Khaki colour from iwantbags and her service and product quality is #1.

After getting some slight discount (her blogshop says we can bargain btw), we agreed on the price of RM240 with PosLaju. I definitely wanted it but I told her that I’m indecisive on the two colour. As a seller, she didn’t even suggest to me what she thinks on white and brown and she only told me that her next delivery day is tomorrow; Monday. To me, this sounds a bit pushy for us; the buyer to made up our freaking mind asap just to cater to her delivery day so that we can get our item fast. So after hearing that, I decided to get Walnut colour although I do like Parchment colour very much but I don’t wanna spend my time worrying that I might dirty the wallet and cleaning it all the time. I banked in on the spot and requested for the original Coach gift box cause I feel that it’s ridiculous to buy something branded without the box. She was kind enough to tell me that she’ll try to get me one (ahhh I know she have it at home) but never told me if she’d be sending it or not. So I have to play a lil bit of guessing game with myself until the parcel arrived.

From the parcel, I’m glad that she put the wallet into a hard box (not Coach box) for protection but I was disappointed and shock to see that she wrote “Coach Madison Small Wallet” in the item description column. Adui!! I had heard stories on LV bags gone missing with PosLaju delivery. I’m pretty sure those postal staffs knows what is COACH.

As I open the envelope and then the box excitely, I saw a grey paper wrapping (not Coach tissue wrappers ok?) wrapping the wallet. Again, a lil sad to see the grey paper but glad that she did that to protect the wallet. As when I unwrapped the wallet, I briefly looked at the front side and discovered a scratch. Yes…a blardy scratch!

That’s not it. As when I turn the wallet back, I saw a deep light brown scratch/scar!! That really really pissed me off. The story doesn’t end there. I soon discovered 3 more scratches!

Quickly I mms the picture to the seller but no reply from her. So I sms her again and she replied saying that she didn’t know and didn’t notice. How can she didn’t notice that? This only means that she didn’t check the wallet before sending it over to me. She then said that she will give another RM10 discount. To me if a branded wallet is not in good condition, she should be selling it half price. Not giving RM10 discount. She asked me if I would want to exchange to Parchment colour or the 2 other mini wallet. Common sense…of course I wouldn’t. Mini wallet are sooo much smaller than the small wallet. Just doesn’t worth it. So I was forced to agreed with the RM10 discount. Really disappointed & regretted buying from her.

Yesterday a friend of mine wanted the Parchment colour so I buy from the same seller again. She told me that this time she had checked that the wallet is ok and without scratches. I trusted her again so I decided to buy from her. She is charging me the price before discount (RM249) and previously I bought at RM240 with PosLaju. Then she agreed on RM240 and also agreed on a COD at MV but she requested for the payment of RM230. I thought she discounted RM10 for me since she save the PosLaju fee so I transfered RM230 as per her sms. She then replied saying I banked in wrongly and that it should be RM240. Err seller, pls check your sms. You are the one who said RM230 so I did as what you said. I’m REALLY angry with her. To make things worse, she just put the white wallet in a paper bag without any protection or what so ever.

THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I BUY FROM HER.
