I got to know from Plusizekitten last week that Origins is having 2 promotion in Hello! Malaysia magazine February 2011 issue. I picked up the magazine at Kinokuniya KLCC on Sunday after nearly 2 weeks I haven’t been to Kinokuniya. The magazine cost only RM8.90 but the experience that I had with Origins KLCC is priceless.

Upon presenting the coupon to the friendly Senior Guide at Origins KLCC, she offered to do a mini facial for me too. Extremely happy but worried at the same time as I need to take out my makeup and walk around with no makeup at all after that. But what the heck. How could I resist such a good offer? 🙂

Did I mention that the Senior Guide at the outlet is friendly? Normally I’m scared with BA that works for premium brands as they always think that some customer that drop by for this kinda offer is poor or moneyless. But this Senior Guide is very different. She explains very carefully and in detail on each and every product she is going to use on my face as well as the next following step. She never ask me to buy anything or hard sell on anything. She is attentive and would suggest what is suitable for me and not throw me 2 to 3 types of range that she think I need. I’m kinda surprise with this and I ask lots of questions about signing up 1-year facial package at Origins. Yes. I decided to sign up with KLCC outlet although she suggested to go nearer to my office in Mid Valley which is The Garden outlet for my convenient. I rather not as I don’t know how the peeps there is like. In conclusion. . .I like my experience in Origins KLCC so I’m gonna stick with KLCC then =)
