This morning Clinique Facebook posted a special treats for all their fans in conjunction with 100,000 fans. Coincidently I’m still at home so I quickly filled up the online form and received the mCoupon on my phone.
I went to Mid Valley for lunch with a friend so I redeemed mine at Clinique Service Centre Level 1. I was the first to redeem therefore they checked their email to double confirm on the giveaway. I was given 7 Day Scrub Cream 30ml and I left happily as I’m running low with the scrub. Just when I was walking near to the lunch venue, the BA called and told me to go back. I returned after the lunch and I handed over my scrub thinking they gave me a wrong product but actually they’ve missed out another product! The BAs apologize for the inconvenient as I was the first to redeem and they made a mistake Then they gave me a Moisture Surge 7ml together with the 7 Day Scrub Cream 30ml. If I have to go back to get another product why not? I’m a happy girl.
Clinique Service Centre customer service has improved tremendously since my last complain. Bravo! Well done. Thank you Clinique Malaysia for the special treats.

I chose the scrub though the BA offered 3 choices – moisture surge, scrub and I cannot remember the third one. Good for you and happy using both of the products 🙂
Third is Turnaround serum. Yeap. Been using the scrub and moisture surge since last year.

I redeemed mine on Friday. I was given a Moisture Surge, All about eyes and All about eyes rich (One sachet each). I was hoping to get a Scrub or Mask, but the BA told me no stock 🙁

I think every counter have different stock level. No worries. Moisture Surge is good. I just revisited the moisturizer and love it to bits.

I din’t notice how many person per page but I signed in the middle of 1st page… meaning, still many more gifts available.
The SA let me choose either 7ml serum set or 30ml scrub set.
