A surprise parcel arrived my house last Saturday afternoon while I was taking a short nap. My mum signed and received the parcel for me from the PosLaju postman but I was already awaken by the loud horn and Hello. You see, I’m quite close with the PosLaju postman so when he saw my name on the parcel he do not dare to delay the delivery. He knew my parcel are always urgent lol.

I woke up after the postman left and find the parcel in the living room. At first I couldn’t figure out who is the parcel from (been receiving too many parcel lately hehe) but judging from the box shape I immediately knew it’s MIVVA Beauty Box.

I know all of you have been waiting very patiently for this post that was put on hold due to family affair. So here’s MIVVA Beauty Box debut box! LOVE THE DUO PINK COLOR BOX and simplicity of the box design!

Oh ya just in case you’re wondering…the box is bubble wrapped securely before slotting in a PosLaju courier plastic.

It’s really heavy. When I lifted up the box lid I found a box FULL till the top!

I was greeted with a Welcome Card from The MIVVA Team. Love the card design too. Seriously. It’s printed on both side. At the back of the card is MIVVA logo printed all over. Uber cute.

Next is a Product Description sheet which in this sheet I find all the info of the products included. At first when I saw the Product Description sheet I thought all that was featured is what was included in the box. But later on I realized it’s not haha. The concept of the sheet is similar to one beauty box subscription from Singapore. It’s good to have the same sheet for every subscribers but a lil bit confusing. Maybe a different Product Description sheet according to the box variant? If let’s say there’s 3 variant then maybe MIVVA team can consider 3 separate sheet? Just a suggestion 🙂

So far I’m liking what I see. And it’s getting better as I dig deep into the box.

As I get to the “second” unboxing routine I saw a small lil black message card. After I untie the silver thread, I opened and saw a personalized message from The MIVVA Team. This small gesture put a smile on my face. Kudos to the team for taking time to write a personalize message to their receivers. I understand this is time consuming but you guys did it anyway! Kudos!

The wrapper is really simple but nice in my opinion. I’m someone who like simplicity and MIVVA Beauty Box are right on my alley. They are bold and went with black which is the total opposite from the rest.

It took me a while to lay out all the content! It’s so full and overwhelming for a debut box. Absolutely loving it.

Privia Perfect Pure Cleansing Foam (ml not stated, if I’m mistaken it’s 30ml)

With fine and rich foam with natural ingredient and amino coat ingredient. It keeps you skin soft and silky, removes keratin, reduce skin problems and reaches deep into the pores to remove dirt and dead cells.

The brand Privia is pretty new to me. I found out that it is established in the year 2006, at Seoul. Privia is one of the leading manufacturers of cosmetics for women. The product range made available includes B.B. Cream, Illusion Powder Pact, Illusion Glittering Blusher, Clear Liquid Foundation, Rich Vital Skin, Rich Vital Lotion, Rich Vital Cream, Shiny Powder Pact, Perfect Magic Peeling Gel, Perfect Pure Foam Cleansing and Sweet Illusion Eau De Toilette.

I’ve tried this cleansing foam yesterday. So far so good. It cleans the excess oil from my face thoroughly and doesn’t dry my skin and give my skin the tightening feeling.

Been seeing Heme around but never thought of trying until I received it in MIVVA beauty box. “heme” comes from the combination of “He” & “Me” which means the best and the smartest skin solution for both of female and males. Brilliant concept.

As some of you already know…recently I had a severe skin allergy from one particular BB cream and my skin is still in the state of recovering. The word BB cream freaks me out a lot after that but being a beauty blogger I couldn’t hide in fear forever unless I decided not to be a beauty blogger. As my skin recovers day by day I begun to be less afraid of BB cream. I’ll do a patch test before using this BB cream.

Another brand which is new to me. Isn’t the great? I get to explore new and different brands which I never before.

All girls love hand cream. I love to receive hand cream in beauty box. I have lots stashed at home and for some reason I kept buying. This hand cream is non-greasy on me. It absorbed in almost immediately. The scent however smells like shampoo to me lol. It’s pretty mild and easy on the nose. Kinda like it. It’s in my handbag now for everyday use.

A brand which I don’t fancy due to personal reasons but none the less a highly raved product.

Bio-Essence Deep Exfoliating Gel With ATP (30ml)

It is a gentle gel-based formula that contains Bio Energy Fluid, Bio Mineral Essence, Royal Jelly and other precious herbal extracts such as Ginseng, Angelica, Lycium, Herba Hedyotis Diffusa. Its effectively and thoroughly removes dead skin cells without causing any abrasion to the skin and at the same time providing nutrient to the skin.

I’ve used this before many many years ago. It’s quite similar to their sister brand; Ginvera Marvel Gel because everything came from the same factory LOL. Well this gel-based exfoliator removes all the dead skin on the face and mum is a big fan of it. It’s quite gentle on the face eventhough you use it everyday so I’d say this is a good and affordable scrub for those under budget.

Not into false eyelashes BUT I like the one I received! It’s a keeper 🙂

I don’t usually put on fake eyelashes. When I saw the one I received is a full almost even lashes…I was happy. It’s pretty much how I like my falsie to be if I ever wear one. Mine is with shorter on the inner corner while fuller and longer on the outer corner. Perfect for a dramatic look or evening wear. This will be a keeper for me. Love it 🙂

Oriks Collagen 703 Crystal Cream (1ml x 3)

Contains active-hydrolyzed collagen and complex vitamins which can be absorbed through skin penetration effectively to improve skin’s moisture content, lasting the skin’s moisture and increases the skin’s elasticity and radiance.

The sample is nicely housed in a non-sachet way. It makes dispensing much more easier. Each capsule is 1ml which is enough for the whole face. The texture is in gel form but with cream consistency and it’s transparent too. It gave an immediate “photoshop” look for my pores! Gonna try the remaining 2 capsules first.

MIVVA Beauty Box team include something special for each of their subscribers. A medium size quilted black pouch! With 2 MIVVA mini button pin to spice up the black color of the pouch too.

The pouch is very thick and good quality I’d say. On the inside there’s a small mirror included, a zipped side pouch on one side and 2-slots compartment on the other side. Currently my room is too congested with all the beauty boxes (hehe!) so I stored all the content from this particular beauty box into the pouch as it’s much more easier for me to keep a pouch within my reach and store the box away until I figure out how to rearrange the things in my room.

A lil treat from The MIVVA Team for Christmas! A candy cane which double as tree decoration and two Cadbury Choclairs. Both are my favorite 🙂

Overall I’m really happy and satisfied with the debut box from MIVVA Beauty Box. The first box doesn’t disappoint me at all in fact I was pretty amazed. I’ve stated many times before that the main purpose of subscribing to a beauty box is to try or explore new and existing semi-niche brands that I never did before. MIVVA Beauty Box delivers just that. They stick to the purpose and I’m glad they did. Brands like Heme, Oriks, Privia, Di Palomo and Stage are the brands which I never think of trying but now I’m one step ahead to a brand new journey. Who know maybe I’d be purchasing the full size after this :). Judging from this experience I think I will. You got to stay tune to my future haul.
