Malaysia Tatler June 2012 X L’Occitane Gift Set

Last Tuesday I texted my ex-staff to ask about upcoming free gift for Malaysia Tatler and she told me it’s going to be L’Occitane repairing shampoo and conditioner but trial size. I dropped by Kinokuniya to check but they’re not going to sell the magazine before 1st June. A few weeks ago I ran out of my usual L’Occitane repairing shampoo as well as conditioner and the SA was being snobbish to me so I decided not to buy. This freebies came at the right time!

The magazine is RM15 as usual. When I was waiting for Kinokuniya to open for business I saw the poster inside which state that the gift set comes with a Verbena soap as well! Yay!

L’Occitane gift set comes with a Repairing Shampoo 50ml, Repairing Conditioner 50ml and Verbena Extra-Gentle Soap 50g. Don’t be shock that the shampoo expiry date is July 2012, conditioner October 2012 and expiry for the soap was not stated.

Harper’s Bazaar June 2012 X Chloé Eau de Parfum 1.2ml

Bumped into this magazine last Tuesday when I followed a friend of mine to Cineleasure (not sure if they’re still called that) to search for some back dated magazines.

Harper’s Bazaar Malaysia June 2012 comes with a Chloé Eau de Parfum 1.2ml vial. My friend’s gf love this very much and I could never say no to perfume although I have a lot to use so I bought it. The magazine cost RM7.40. Boring magazine for RM7.40 *yawn*

I also picked up a copy of Women’s Weekly June 2012 issue as usual :).

CanCam May 2012 X Coach Scrunchie & Satin Pouch

A few weeks ago I collected my reserved copy of CanCam May 2012 which comes with Coach scrunchie and satin pouch. The magazine is retailing for RM47.65 at Kinokuniya. I only paid RM45.25 after flashing my Isetan card which entitled for a 5% discount.

Normally Kinokuniya only bring in 2 copies each magazine but this time there’s a lot copies available! It’s the Coach effect 😉

As usual the supplement comes in a box. If it’s Coach you can bet the box is pretty too. This is the lightest supplement I ever bought lol.

Malaysia Tatler X Jimmy Choo EDT & EDP Miniature

Dropped by Kinokuniya this morning and extremely excited to see Malaysia Tatler March 2012 issue is giving away not one but TWO Jimmy Choo perfume miniature!!

Before making my purchase I checked with the cashier counter and was told the freebies is still available. I quickly grabbed 2 copies and make the payment immediately. As I was walking towards Japanese magazine section, I took out the cute lil bag and was shocked to find 2 miniature! I checked the other bag and it’s the same.

After making a reservation for CanCam May 2012 issue at Japanese magazine counter, I walked to the stationary section to purchase something and walked back to English magazine section to take a look at the promotion poster. It is indeed with two miniature bottle picture.

The miniature I got is Jimmy Choo Eau De Toilette 4.5ml and Eau De Parfum 4.5ml. So so cute.

And of course if you know me you’d know that I will definitely get more than 1 copy if I spotted such a great freebies like this. I came home with 3 copies (yeap, I got another copy ehehe).

Hurry make your way to Kinokuniya if you like miniature perfume! My friend Wendy went today in the noon and she bought 2 copies as well.

HbG Japanese Magazine Mook Review: Magazine

HbG 2011 AUTUMN/WINTER Fairy Sky

I haven’t been buying japanese magazine for quite some time. Upon purchasing any item, I could purchase HbG 2011 AUTUMN/WINTER Fairy Sky with a 20% discount at Kinokuniya. Original selling price is RM69.60 and I only paid RM55.68 for this mook. That’s a RM13.92 discount!

HbG 2011 AUTUMN/WINTER Fairy Sky – RM55.68

The usual packaging for japanese magazine or mook brand item.

The brand item is not wrapped with another plastic or whatsoever. It’s just placed in the protector cardboard.

I can’t make sure if this is pouch, multicase or wallet. To me this looks like a wallet more than multicase. Which is why I bought this at the first place…as a spare wallet.

This wallet is HUGE. It measures at a whopping 22cm x 14cm. This is also another reason why I decided to get it. Plus the print is cute too. You will find the iconic HbG brand patch on the front of the wallet too.

The back portion however is really weird. It’s slightly shorter than the front portion. I have seen the display unit before purchasing and it is indeed shorter at the back. Maybe it’s the style. I don’t know. But this doesn’t bother me at all.

Huge & spacious interior! Love it.

A cute bear bear zipper pull ;). Cute to the max.

This is indeed a worthy mook to get.

Vogue Taiwan November 2011 X Coach 70th Anniversary Luggage Tag

After a high-tea session at G Tower on last Sunday, me and my friends proceed to KLCC to do some shopping. As my friends wanted to look for a sports shoe next door of Kinokuniya, I went for a quick magazine shopping myself.

I came home with 2 magazine. The first magazine is Vogue Taiwan November 2011 which comes with Coach 70th Anniversary luggage tag. The magazine is selling at RM37.47. No intention to get this but I couldn’t resist the cute luggage tag which look like a blow-up Coach hang tag and I needed to get something in order to enjoy 20% discount for HbG 2011 AUTUMN/WINTER Fairy Sky mook.

Vogue Taiwan November 2011 X Coach 70th Anniversary Luggage Tag – RM37.47

The magazine is boxed in a custom made box which resemble a luggage bag while the Coach luggage tag is hanging on one side. Creative!

The duo luggage tag is in gold colour. Yes, it’s two luggage tag instead of one. I’ll tell you why. It looked perfectly fine on the picture below but there’s a purpose for the second luggage tag attached.

You can’t expect Vogue not having their logo on the tag right? So it makes a perfect sense. They doesn’t want to spoil the brand item so they include a second tag in order for them to do whatever logo printing they want on the second tag. Second tag looks a bit cheapo to me.

On the back of both tag, there’s a clear window for you to slot in the paper which contain your details.

Definitely a Coach collector’s item for me 🙂
