On my 1st purchase from RMK I was given a makeover pass. As I just had a full makeover with Adrian 1 week before that I decided to give out the makeover pass to my reader. The intention was to give other people a chance to try on RMK products on the face instead of testing out on the back of the hand. I wanted my reader to have the same experience that I had with RMK. One thing different about me is that I like to get upclose and personal with my readers. This would be the first one and not going to be the last.
Initially I’ve selected Sheryn for the makeover but she can’t make it so Gin is the lucky one! The makeover was fixed yesterday 11am at Isetan KLCC.
Let’s say hi to Gin BEFORE the makeover.
During the makeover I stayed by Gin’s side explaining the step by step and products that was used on her. That morning I thought I’m working for RMK! lol!
And here’s Gin AFTER a quick makeover. Simple and not too heavy on her.
After the makeover we went to Kinokuniya for a quick glance then off to a short lunch at the cafe inside Kinokuniya.

looking at before and after, the makeover truly make my face more define!!
i tested it for the whole day afterwards Fiona!
the mascara smudged on me…=( shortly after our lunch… such a pity since it really adds great volume and hold the curls!
BUT!
The eyeliner has minimal smudge! (i am truly impressed RMK! it is so rare that my eyeliner smudge that little! )
#note: my eye shape is in a way that i have very deep infolding lids hence the problem of smudging despite the product quality. i am very sure for other people, this would STAY PUT!
Also not to forget about the base makeup.. RMK is the company that made the base and foundation with most natural finishing touch i have met. u CANNOT feel ANYTHING on your face but it is there! nothing at all!
and it last me throughout the day til 11pm! a good 12 hours! i did not sweat a lot but i do sweat on and off (during my walk under the sun from train station and at night when there was a power failure.
NO SLIP at all!
foundations usually slip at 5-6hours on me.. and i am saying good brands..
RMK base makeup is so magically impressive! the base must have caught hold the foundation really well!
truely a winner!
i am going back soon to get the foundation and eyeliner! also the base if i have enough money… am a student afterall XD

You’re welcome Gin! The solution I can think of for the smudging mascara is:
1) Apply a good primer and powder to set it or;
2) Layer the mascara with a really good waterproof mascara such as Estee Lauder Double Wear Zero-Smudge.
As for smudging eyeliner:
1) Apply a good primer and powder to set it. I know you said primer doesn’t work on you. The best I’ve tried is Etude House Proof 10 and it’s only RM20+ 🙂
2) Apply some eyeshadow above the eyeliner. This normally prevent the smudging for me.
3) Or set it with black eyeshadow.
Glad to hear you like the products as much as I do. I on the other hand need to repurchase liquid foundation in 102 🙁
at the price of rm20! i need to try that etude house proof! i am so desperate to find ONE eyeliner that doesnt smudge on me! so far the closest to not smudgin is Kissme heavy rotation which flakes on me after5hours and this rmk one that smudge but only a little! didnt turn me into panda! XD
as for mascara, shiseido perfect mascara is doing a perfect job so i ended my mascara hunt hahaha…
